Doctor in Materials Engineering from the Complutense University of Madrid.

He headed the Transport Unit of TECNALIA and for the last 7 years he has held the position of Market Director of the Transport sectors.

He is currently Responsible for the Smart and Sustainable Mobility Strategy of TECNALIA.
